"I refuse..."

Some comments that we got to our last blog- entry made me think...
They were:" Do you really have to go to Africa again... with three kids... don´t you think you did enough and it is time to concentrate on your life here in Germany..."

Going to Liberia for 5 weeks this summer is our way to try and react to what is on our hearts and is expressed so well in the song "I refuse" by Josh Wilson (see further down) - please read it! We would love to ask you to stand with us in this - thanks so much!

Einige Kommentare auf unseren letzten Blogeintrag haben uns nachdenklich gemacht... Kommentare wie: " Müsst ihr schon wieder nach Afrika gehen... mit drei Kindern... denkt ihr nicht dass ihr genug getan habt und dass es besser wäre euch jetzt einfach auf euer Leben hier in Deutschland zu konzentrieren..."

Unser Plan, in Wolfgangs Elternzeit diesen Sommer für 5 Wochen nach Liberia zu gehen ist unser Ausdruck dessen was auf unserem Herzen ist und so treffend in dem Lied "I refuse" von Josh Wilson ausgedrückt wird - Text weiter unten in Englisch (ich versuche ihn bald ins Deutsche zu übersetzen). Wir würden uns freuen wenn ihr in diesem Plan mit uns stehen könnt - herzlichen Dank!

I Refuse
